We’ve had 3 family reunions at this beautiful home with an amazing view and fantastic amenities to include kayaks and a heated fishing dock and a large fire pit. Our family wants to keep returning here! It is simply a beautiful place and Nikki is an excellent host.

What a stay! Primo lake access, excellently stocked kitchen, sonos speakers kept music playing all weekend, an entire children’s library and toys tucked away in a back bedroom, great screened in porch that allowed us adults to hang freely as kids slept inside… we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house.

Nikki was an excellent host. We booked 6 months out and she kept in contact along the way with additional details. Leading up to check-in she was proactive and communicated often to make sure we had everything we needed. Throughout the stay she was available for recommendations and anything else we needed. This was the best AirB&B experience I’ve had. The place was perfect — large family spaces, comfortable furniture, and all of the appliances you can think of. The entire group had a wonderful time and we expect to be back soon.

Home was great for our family gathering of 10. The home was very clean and entry and one floor living was good for elderly family members. We visited in Nov and still enjoyed the fire pit and swing on the dock. The views of the lake are stunning. The kitchen had everything one would need—nice dishes and glasses. The table seating 10 was so nice. We enjoyed Bella Vista walking trails near to the home. A perfect home to gather and enjoy beautiful AR.

Beautiful lake home! Our group had a wonderful time. The house is in a great location on the lake, perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding. The house was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. Nikki was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We hosted a girls trip for a 40th birthday and it was the most beautiful setting for a peaceful retreat and gathering. The fall scene is stunning, and it was easy to see the beauty of the property in any season with its thoughtful amenities. Our host was very quick in their messaging and anticipated a lot of our needs, while offering personal accommodations that felt very intentional. highly recommend!!!
